The store’s one-star reviews consistently reference her by name, all describing the same outrageously rude and unprofessional behavior. Unfortunately, my experience mirrored these complaints exactly. After waiting in a 30-minute line, she abruptly refused to provide service, raised her voice at me in front of other customers, and proceeded to escort me out of the store while claiming that it was “her store.” This conduct is unacceptable, inappropriate, and completely inconsistent with basic standards of customer service. An employee who repeatedly mistreats customers, damages the company’s reputation, and behaves with such entitlement should not be allowed to represent this business. Veronica’s continued employment is clearly harming this location, and her termination is long overdue.

She explained all the laws and codes to me and helped me complete this stressful task. She was patient and kind and made me feel at ease. I had such a great experience at this location because of her I plan to go back for all my clerical and office needs. Her warmth during the busy holiday season was priceless. Thank you Veronica for the best customer service.

Amanda in particular explained to me the different ways to process a return (box or plastic bag)
