I stood patiently waiting behind another customer, and when the person at the counter was told to sit down, the employee didn't even acknowledge me. Instead, she rudely ordered me to move to the other side of the center island so people coming in could see I was in line. As soon as I moved, she called for the next customer but stayed at the register on the opposite side. I walked to the register she pointed me toward, only for her to snap, "I can help you over here," forcing me to walk back to where I started. She was cold, never made eye contact, and ended the transaction by rudely telling me to take my box with me. The entire interaction was disrespectful and bizarre. Maybe I look like someone she hates, but either way, customers deserve basic decency. Avoid this location.

When I mentioned this to Elsa, customer service representative, and suggested they add signage, she said our customers know where to stand. I don't. I guess I'm not a customer then. Adding signage for the line seems like a basic customer friendly thing to do. Also they have bins there you can put packages in but no idea what should go in and what should not, why not put up a sign?
