  Good afternoon, I would like to share my experience with the USPS location in Woodland Hills. The office is very clean, well-organized, and professional. I especially want to thank Jhye for the excellent service. She was very professional, efficient, and handled everything quickly. The best part was that there was no line at all — I didn’t have to wait even a second. The service was completed within just a few seconds, which I truly appreciate. Thank you for such great service.

  A women answered the phone this morning and was extremely rude. I am partially deaf so I had to ask to repeat certain things. She also was having a hard time hearing while I was giving her the tracking number, mishearing the number. To which she replies "I don't have all day to do this" after not being able to help, i tell her that she should be more mindful about the way she talks to people and I proceed to let her know that I am partially deaf. She hung up mid sentence. Horrible service.

  I legit had a panic attack in here from how unorganized it is. VERY long lines. Went at 3pm.

  Very rude and unprofessional staff at this post office. When they made a mistake with my mail, instead of taking responsibility, the supervisor on duty made up a story claiming there was a hold because the “leasing office said I moved.” The problem is that my address is in a gated housing complex that doesn’t even have a leasing office, so the explanation made no sense. Rather than acknowledging the error or offering any kind of apology, the supervisor was dismissive, rude, and chose to blame the customer. It was incredibly frustrating dealing with such poor customer service and lack of accountability. This location seriously needs better training and more professional staff.

  The manager is super confrontational and rude. I never get my packages delivered to my house when I’m home all day. They leave a note when they feel like it to inform me they tried to deliver. So disappointing that tons of my Christmas gifts are all missing and probably sitting in there back room. The worst part I had my son go with a so called notification and they wouldn’t give the package to him. Also when I have gone I go through the same issue when I have the notification with me.
