  To describe the staff here as incompetent would be a gross understatement; in the 10 minutes I was there, I watched them whiff on 3 separate customers, a phone rang off the hook with a customer service alert blaring. To be fair, it was my fault for thinking Staples could deliver on something

  The Amazon return line wasn’t clearly marked, so I stood waiting while employees didn’t acknowledge me. When another customer arrived, Andrew, one of the employees, helped her first even though I had been waiting. After I pointed it out he started helping me, but then stopped mid-return to assist her again. The manager (blonde woman) seemed annoyed and offered no apology. Instead of addressing the issue, it felt like the situation was brushed off. Clear line organization and basic fairness in helping customers should be expected. Unfortunately this experience left a very poor impression. I hope Staples management looks into improving organization and customer service at this location.
