They leave a note when they feel like it to inform me they tried to deliver. So disappointing that tons of my Christmas gifts are all missing and probably sitting in there back room. The worst part I had my son go with a so called notification and they wouldn’t give the package to him. Also when I have gone I go through the same issue when I have the notification with me.

Their driver couldn’t find my address, so I came in personally to pick up my package, but she refused to release it even after I showed a clear photo of my ID. On top of that, she was dressed very unprofessionally, wearing heavy blue eye shadow, and acted like she couldn’t care less about helping customers. Absolutely unacceptable attitude and service.
