Their driver couldn’t find my address, so I came in personally to pick up my package, but she refused to release it even after I showed a clear photo of my ID. On top of that, she was dressed very unprofessionally, wearing heavy blue eye shadow, and acted like she couldn’t care less about helping customers. Absolutely unacceptable attitude and service.

Upon arriving, the manager, named Mami, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She refused to hand over my package despite having all the necessary proof. When I asked for her full name, she hung up on me. This level of customer service is unacceptable, tomorrow is my engagement party and my dress was on that package,your ruined my day
