- CCchounsDec 31, 20251.0it's never fun being racially profiled. I came to buy pencils for a project and took my time looking for the right one. I even looked for drafting pencils and found none. that's when an employee came to my section and started rearranging products at random. I was one of few customers in the store, if not the only one on a rainy new year's eve. between my north face rain shell and doc martens, I'm fairly certain I didn't fit the criteria for shoplifting risk. then again maybe not. my msg to the manager, please do better. if this were my store, I would have gone out personally to ask if the customer needed help finding something. I've been in the store a half dozen times to use the printers & shipping service. now, i just have a bad taste in my mouth.

The only reason I still order from them is because they have same day matte prints. But I need to find some other place to order from cause this store is terrible!

She patiently helped me to arrive at the result I needed. She also suggested practical ways to save money, so I left with 50 copies for the same price I would have paid for 20!!!
