- JVJenny VillamizarDec 29, 20251.0I went in today to laminate some sheets and was told the service was available. When I received them, the lamination was extremely corrugated instead of smooth and clearly poor quality. When I pointed this out, the lady acted like it was normal, I said I didn’t like, it didn’t look good! and she offered to redo it even though she had a bad attitude, but I said no. I went to the cashier to pay for other stuffs, he was very kind and apologized, explaining that the laminating machine is actually broken and should be fixed in a few days. That made the situation frustrating, as this should have been communicated upfront instead of wasting my time and attempting to sell a service that wasn’t working properly. Honesty would have made all the difference
