  This place is terrible. The recruiters are inexperienced and unprofessional. No call backs and a lot of ghosting going on. Too much gatekeeping, a lack of follow up and simply clueless. I should have made this review a long time ago but I was giving the benefit of the doubt and taking full responsibility for whatever was happening. The recruiting process needs an overhaul. A company this big should have people with more experience. Instead, this organization functions like a fraternity. Simply unprofessional. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Unfortunately I can’t.

  So, I should have listened to the reviews before working with the woodland hills branch. The biggest issue I have, is every temp agency that I have worked for in the past has found me what I'm looking for In a very quick manner. Robert Half is probably one of the worst temp agencies I have worked with. Save yourself time and use express employment, vaco staffing or somebody else in the area. Let me explain the situation. I have been waiting for work with Robert Half since the beginning of February, during this time I was active with other temp agencies. I was looking for remote work, and unfortunately at the time some of the temp agencies could not offer remote because their clientele only wanted on-site workers. Fair enough. These temp agencies where quick responding and super fast. Now getting back to Robert Half. There are several remote positions on their website, but for some reason, woodland hills didn't have access to these positions. (I don't understand why considering it's remote). Finally in the end of March, Makenzie calls me with a remote position, I'm super excited. She sends me the notes she took via email it said remote, I did the interview, only to find out the position is on-site. So I begin to get discouraged, within the same weekend, o get a call from another temp agency who finds what I'm looking for. I get back on touch with Robert Half to let them know I will not onboard with the current offer because it's not remote. Roxie is the negotiater, she tried her best to get me to stay, HOWEVER, when I missed the call from Makenzie, and called back, her first response was, so you decided to go with the other position? Didn't even try to negotiate for better pay just assumed that I was choosing the other company. It's unfortunate that there was miscommunication from the recruiter. She should have asked and confirmed across the board that it was a remote position. On top of that she suggested that I tell the company that I want a remote/hybrid job.... WHAT?? that is the recruiters job to negotiate (if need be) to make both the client and candidate happy. If I knew that I had to do the negotiating, I would have just not even used a temp agency. Please don't go here. It's a waist of the clients time and candidates time. Thank you to all if the honest reviews here. The story is much longer than this, but I don't have the space to add more details. Also I accepted the other position. T sucks because I actually liked the first job but they weren't remote, and I need that.
