Im sorry sir you work at a Fedex at 60 years old that does not mean you have to be unkind and RUDE Examples of his RUDEness 1) He kept reiterating that my passport photo would be returned because my shirt looks washed - on top of that he said "What is your address" in case they return --- unnecessary comment - i was already nervous that my passport will be delayed before my trip 2) He refused to take my photo he knew that the camera was fixed - he said go to CVS and I asked "where is cvs" he's like you dont know where CVS is ? (NO SIR I dont live here) 3) his attitude is super rude - im sorry sir you work at FEDEX We can be better than this

When just dropping off a prepaid printed label on a fedex pak, I get asked "what are we shipping today" so I said to her, "this pack", she insists on asking, "well what's in it ?" I replied, "a 6 ounce pack of none of your business".... She refused to accept it, so I went to the ventura blvd fedex where I handed it in without any issues.

We thought it was cheaper to go one way, but it was cheaper on another alternative. Had no issues unpacking and putting into the cheaper boxes. No attitude, just good customer service and a clean shop. Highly recommended. Was about $35 cheaper here than everywhere else
