- MMManuel Martinez6 days ago1.0Worst fedex shop ever. They always try to upsell you their packing/box service. The manager is awful and the general attitude is unhelpful. I would avoid if you can.

Unhelpful people, spiteful responses and overall terrible working attitude. Go somewhere else, this branch is run by people who don’t like working nor customer service.

I had a few glitches in the system trying to upload my files and she took the time to help me figure out the glitches. It took a while and a few clients had to wait a bit but she was patient with me. I came back the. next day to pick up and she wasn't happy with the result, I saw what she was talking about and she offered to print again and offer a small discount. She was kind and patient and my 2 print jobs looked great in the end. I will go back for more similar jobs and Fedex services. I hope Wendy will be available to help me when I go.
