  They always do their best to find any package, even if it's an error, they double , triple check to make sure. One time they held on to my dmv title because the DMV had my street address not my po box. I waited about 3-4 mos and still nothing, so I asked them and one of the staff said he thought he'd seen it in the back. He searched for a while and found it. Needless to say, I was relieved that it wasn't lost or stolen in the process. Excellent trouble shooting/problem solving. Much more helpfull than the staff where I lived before. That's their attitude for almost every encounter I have had with all of the staff at this location. A++++ service

  This post office is open 5hrs hours during the day and closed during lunch. If you order anything that ships through the post office, you'll have to pick it up at the counter because it's rarely put in one of the lock boxes. It's a nightmare if you have work during the week. They've sent a number of things back after a day, now they're in some ridiculous dispute with UPS over delivering packages from Amazon because they get dropped off there for UPS to pick up and deliver because they don't because the neighborhoods are too rural to do so yet UPS and FedEx does so no problem. It's gotten to where they're holding onto big packages that need to be delivered directly to your house. If it's a small package that fits into the po box or one of the lock boxes for us to pick up whenever we get the chance, ok, but big packages that don't and need to be delivered to house because of how large and heavy it is, one of two things need to happen, either let UPS take them or get this location their own to truck to deliver them themselves like all the other locations do. Another thing that needs to be fixed is the hours because not everyone can make it over there by 3pm, please extend to 5 or 6 so patrons can get their stuff and send stuff easier. The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff is super nice, friendly and just trying their best with the limitations given to them and if the hrs are extended it'll benefit them as well as the patrons.

  Very helpful, fast, friendly service always provided at this location by knowledgable, and customer-service oriented postal worker by the name of Josh, (I think.)😶😆
