- AUAnon UserDec 29, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would the 3 old ladies that are always inside the post office are extremely rude. One of them stated I am always getting packages like if that’s a bad thing ?? Literally your job. Another time the one that speaks Spanish told my dad she didn’t speak Spanish even though they have spoken before and newsflash almost all of Winton is Hispanic. How do they not have someone in there that speaks Spanish?? Always using condescending tones and speaking to people like they are stupid extremely unprofessional they all need to be retrained. Part of their job is customer service but they don’t act like it.
- JBJay BryantDec 19, 20251.0Been going there for a while now never had a complaint with the lady with grey hair n always used tape no cost, I go to a different lady (pretty big lady can’t miss her) one time n had to pay for tape , not a problem I only needed one strip anyway I used it n put it back, she let me ship my item n I left the waited all the way until I got home to say they couldn’t ship my item over tape I put back, almost Christmas n being kind doesn’t come out her pay check especially over such a miner inconvenience. Overall everyone in the post office has some Kind of stanky attitude. Should really work on there customer service!

- KGKimberly GentryNov 4, 20251.0I went in the buy a 225 dollar money order today, I had 200+ in cash and money on my card, I told the lady with the grey hair that I wanted to do 200 in cash , 25 on my card and id pay the fee for the money order in cash, right away she started having a condescending attitude towards me from the jump, I gave her the money and bc I'm super unorganized all my money was crumpled up I get it it that's annoying but whatever, anyway she runs my card and for whatever reason it would only take 2.55 off my card so I regrouped and said ok I'll just get what I have on me (216$) and I'll worry about the rest later and with her stupid little attitude she said I'm gonna give you a 200 dollar money order remember you didn't want to make things complicated bc I had said sorry to make it complicated or whatever bc I wanted to do split payment. Anyway I ended up just getting my money back bc that lady had something against me idk what she thought but that was absolutely wrong. I told her I didn't understand why she had an attitude towards me, I been going there for years I'll never step foot back in that office again
