  Order items multiple items from nike,stockx and goat ,used this place as an alternative option for pickup. Each time told a different answer why I couldn't pickup my orders after reviewing email confirmations for pickup but heres the examples after going back and forth I.E ( we dont do pickups here,you would be charged to pickup items,accused of theft) Clearly they are unaware that UPS offers that location as a pickup. Went up the street to another Ups store and had no issue picking up my packages order online. Clearly they need to be updated or go over their policies.

  The manager here (hes an indian guy) was really sarcastic and rude to me. When i came in he pointed at a sign and was like "youre supposed to close the door" and i told him I didnt see it. I was returning some clothes that were in one package and I guess needed to be turned in separately. However he ripped the bag and pulled out all the close in front of everyone which was really embarassing. And acted as if I was stupid for not knowing how to resend the order.

  I had a horrible experience with the owner GHAZI JAMSHED. A horrible representation as an owner and how one should conduct business. THE KIND YOUNG LADY ASSISTED ME PROMPTLY and others, helped with printing, and our questions. She went out of her way to ask another customer to help her translate for another customer. Just top tier customer service. The owner decided it was appropriate to pull her aside and yell at her about something regarding last week. He exclaimed how she should be able to do everything and he shouldn't have to come in more than once a week as the owner. "It's not fair" he exclaimed. He said condescendingly that "if she wants to be the owner then...". IT WAS TRULY A DISGUSTING DISPLAY OF ABUSE OF POWER. I can't imagine how he speaks to his staff privately. In my experience that young employee is overqualified and Ghazi is fully aware of this. Rather than uplift his staff, he sees it fit to belittle them so he has them under his complete control and authority. Horrible conduct.
