- AGAllison GhodsiSep 30, 20251.0If I could give less than one star I would. I came in to mail something on 9/30/25. Your employee Lisa was very rude and unhelpful. There was another employee named Lawrence who was very nice and helped the whole line before she came back from her break. Not only did she take forever to start helping the line, she rudely told me to either write down the address on the envelope or to use the kiosk. As I was using the kiosk and out of her sight, she proceeded to call me lazy to her coworkers and whoever was still in line without realizing I could hear her. I never go to the post office so I was simply unfamiliar and she was the worst experience. Show some professionalism.
