  I had a horrible experience with the owner GHAZI JAMSHED. A horrible representation as an owner and how one should conduct business. THE KIND YOUNG LADY ASSISTED ME PROMPTLY and others, helped with printing, and our questions. She went out of her way to ask another customer to help her translate for another customer. Just top tier customer service. The owner decided it was appropriate to pull her aside and yell at her about something regarding last week. He exclaimed how she should be able to do everything and he shouldn't have to come in more than once a week as the owner. "It's not fair" he exclaimed. He said condescendingly that "if she wants to be the owner then...". IT WAS TRULY A DISGUSTING DISPLAY OF ABUSE OF POWER. I can't imagine how he speaks to his staff privately. In my experience that young employee is overqualified and Ghazi is fully aware of this. Rather than uplift his staff, he sees it fit to belittle them so he has them under his complete control and authority. Horrible conduct.

  I had a very poor experience with a UPS representative today. I was explaining that my Amazon account had not yet updated to reflect that I dropped off my items, and instead of listening, the representative repeatedly cut me off and showed clear impatience. I was trying to provide context so the issue could be understood, but I was not given the opportunity to finish my explanation.The interaction from the guy representative today felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customer service should involve listening and assisting, not interrupting customers who are simply trying to clarify a situation. This was a frustrating experience and not the level of service I expect from UPS.
