Worker wanted to charge me $1.50 for 14 inches of tape and 5 seconds of effort... I'd understand if I hadn't done anything, but to be be charged for something that could have been a quick "Let me get that for you this time, but note we do charge for this" would have made the difference between a 5 start and 2 start review.

The bill was $8.00 for the copies and a $7.00 service charge for opening the email ($2) and sending the file to the printer ($5). That is an 88% up charge. I use to own a UPS store, and raping our customers with service charges was not the standard policy. I wonder what they charge if you call them about shipping...you might need a load to do business with this store.
