She has a very rude tone of voice and was aggressive towards me. she makes people not want to go there to mail their post. Please re assess your staff.

Despite communicating this issue to the post office and filing complaints, it keeps happening. They are taking monetary risks on your behalf for the sake of convenience and could care less if you take issue with it or incur financial loss from theft (which has already happened). DO NOT trust them with delivering anything of worth.

I just came home to a soaked package sitting outside my gate, when all the delivery person had to do, was open the gate and set it at my door out of the rain. UPS does this, FedEx does this, DHL does this, but the post office insists on leaving it out, knowing that it's raining. Why?
