I asked if my package had arrived, and every question she asked me was just to get me to go away. Do you have a p.o. box, did you get a slip, etc. I showed her my delivery confirmation email, my slip, and the po box key. I told her I spoke with Janel on the phone about my package being delivered, and her attitude changed. I verified her name, and suddenly, she remembered where she put it. During this process, I went to my truck multiple to verify I had all the information, and she was still talking to the same non employee. While there, I renewed my po box, I was charged for a full year because she decided not to mention the other prices. I have since closed my po box.
