- LSLuisa SteffensAug 28, 20251.0It is absurd that I made a payment for an international shipment to another country and after almost a month they delivered the package to my address, that is, near Willits' office. I am so disappointed to the service! The shipment left Willits, went through Los Angeles then to San Francisco and then I see that it is again in Willits delivered to my address.

It's been too much to ask apparently as we at our apartment complex have complained many times to the Willits Post Office. I'll be filing a formal complaint tomorrow. No stars today, because the delivery person failed to deliver a quality final product, (which is to deliver mail to the person named) and a post office that hasn't responded with right action . Oh, I had to click at least one star for this to post.
