  I have shipped close to 50 boxes using my own UPS account and have had no issues. Today I showed up and Anthony was nothing but rude and disrespectful. He kept telling me I had to do everything on line. I told him I have never done that before and he insisted I do it that way. After I let him know how I feel about how he was treated I went to the other UPS store off of Washington and had zero issues at all.

  Very poor customer service and business practices. They want to nickel and dime customers for everything. They are rude, condescending and act like you are a bother to their day. Amazon pays for these mail returns and this ups store wants to double dip and charge for tape, labels, etc. I will no longer be a customer here. Bad business 👎 For reference, other ups stores offer help, smiles and even candy for their customers... Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

  I had a great experience at the UPS Store Wildomar thanks to Kelly! I was having a really hard time figuring out how to return some pants to Amazon, and she was incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and made something that felt complicated so much easier. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help really stood out. Thank you, Kelly, for your excellent customer service!

  I went in to get my Live Scan done. The employee who helped me was a bit rude and seemed very annoyed while helping me. I did not feel welcome or very comfortable. I know that working is not something many people enjoy but I’ve worked enough jobs that have me interact with customers to know that the way I was treated was not okay. Maybe she was having a bad day which is something that happens but if you’re at work, you need to focus on that and not take it out on the customers. I don’t know her name but her employee number on the receipt is 128456. She is tall with medium length brown hair. I gave 3 stars instead of 2 or 1 because the other employees were very nice and I did get what I needed done quickly and efficiently.

  I have been using this UPS location for Amazon returns for the past year or so. Recently, TWO of my returns (about 2 weeks apart) did not make it back to Amazon resulting in my being charged for those items. I don't know whether employees are just careless or stealing items, but I will not be using this location again!
