- PCPatricia CasasFeb 3, 20261.0Good luck getting a passport if Tom is working. He is very slow, lazy and rude. And complaining to his boss Alex will get you nowhere. Walk in hours are from 12 to 2:30 I got there with my sleeping baby and at 12 pm and there was a long line of people ahead of me at about 1:50 p.m. Tom told the person behind me in line to leave because he was only taking 6 more people we got to the front of the line at 3pm and he waited until then to tell us that he couldn't help us. What upset me was the fact that he knew he wasn't gonna help us and still made us wait while struggling with a sleeping toddler the whole time we were there. So now I am going to submit a complaint that will probably fall on deaf ears but I will go back to visit Tom for sure because I am outraged and I was not the only person he did that too so now I'ma go record him do his job cause someone has to keep an eye on him. And I don't have time for this but apparently Tom is now on my radar. So yeah guys watch Tom closely because he be taking a break between every passport application. 1

- KBKayla BowlerMay 20, 20225.0Siri was amazing! I was in a rush to get my passport turned in to be processed and she made that happen without an appointment. Siri did ask if I had an appointment but I told her that I have everything ready and allowed me to get it done! The customer service was amazing! My recommendation is to come on a morning when no one is here and have everything ready (includes passport photos done, documents, and the form already filled out to get your passport; took me 10 minutes). 100% recommended going here rather than Murrieta’s postal office to get passports done.
