- AHAna HartmanMar 12, 20261.0I would give zero stars but it dosen't allow you to. This post office should be open on Saturdays and be open M-F till 6pm, NOT ONLY TILL 5, so that when most people that work M-F 8am -5 pm and receive certified mail, can at least go after work to pick it up. Also whoever fills out the slip to inform you that they couldn't deliver the mail, filled it out incmplete and sloppy, and when I tried to re-schedule delivery (like it says you can online) it just gives you errors and says try again.

Went to get my newborns passports and they denied me even trying to submit the application because they don't have social security numbers. However, the application itself states your can put 000-00-0000 for those without a social. I have processed all 3 of my other children this way but the supervisor decided that maybe because she has never processed 10 day old newborns passport and doesn't understand that you can process an application they decide not to process it at all. Went straight to the Whittier Public library and they were able to confirm I can process my newborn without their social. This post office staff just made up their own rules!

They marked my mail down as delivered today to front porch although is never was delivered(my ring camera is directly in front of my box). Given all the google reviews and my experience this location needs to be investigated because something isn't right.
