That I got a humam, plus not immediately being thrown into the Please Hold dimension or being told "Can't help ya, bye" already give a 3 star baseline. Happily, this human was patient and helpful, and made an effort to make sure I understood the situation and what limited options he had to help. Yet help he did, and for that the rating goes to 5 stars. Thanks Tommy B, for being a real public servant!

I've called and called I spoke with the supervisor Ruben and he said he would call me back at 4:30 that day or first thing in the morning and never did!!! Then I called again and again nobody answers I kept calling finally Dian answers and says she will leave a not for Ruben cause he's in a meeting for 30 min. An hour n a Half goes by no call. So I call back and now nobody wants to answer!!!!!!! Pissed
