I was sending some fragile items to a friend who had just gotten married (2 mugs and a frame) and the frame and one mug were received broken. According to my friend, who told me that just now, there were NO fragile stickers on the box. The lady who was assisting me on Wednesday saw those items when I was selecting a box, and I told her as well that these are fragile, she also saw me with a bundle of bubble wrap so I would make sure the box would be as protected as possible. Well upon checking out and the thing on the screen about hazardous materials, fragile items, liquids, etc. popped up and she said “I know you have fragile items but you can press no because this is mostly asking about liquids.” I was suspicious of that but stupidly pressed no anyway. So idk what she was thinking but I won’t come back. Had I pressed yes, I think that box would’ve had fragile stickers on it and the handlers would’ve been more careful.
