I hardly said a word and didn't try to defend myself because I thought she would sabotage my packages. I'm sorry she hates her job that much, but the way she treated me and also snapped at me wasn't justified at all. Having a bad day doesn't give someone permission to take it out on another person. If I didn't feel like she'd do something to my packages I would have defended myself. This was a bummer...

They attempted the delivery and left a note saying I have to SCHEDULE a delivery THEY couldn't deliver? I tried scheduling, but turns out my item doesn't exist in their system! Calling their number is a nightmare. Whenever you ask for an agent they ask tons of questions rather than connecting to a real person. I feel like I'm dealing with a stone wall and I have no idea how I'll be receiving my desk. Total incompetence.
