This place should be reevaluated as a place of business or just fire the entire staff and hire actual people that possess the necessary skill sets to do the job being asked of them. Can't even call them because you would think why would the phone need to ring indefinitely unless they either (A) don't care or (B) can't find it. Its as if they are simply stuck on stupid and have no care in the world.
