I was initially told to contact Amazon customer support to obtain a shipping label, but unfortunately the representative wasn’t able to help me. When I returned to the UPS Store, Louis took the time to ask what was going on and stepped in to help. He resolved the issue quickly and now my package will be picked up from my home with no problems. Thank you so much, Louis, for your patience and excellent customer service!
