Said our usual mail person on vacation, is she coming back???? I am home bound currently and need this service that we pay almost .70 cents for each stamp for. Please update an improvement in this situation!!!

They start off really nice and understanding and then the below happens: Every time I order a package from anywhere, they give us the same 2P Key that has NEVER worked, lie and say they will get rid of it and then hold my packages hostage until THEY GET TO IT. I called today and they promised they would get a carrier out right away to get me my package. Went to check the mail and they had come BUT NEVER GAVE ME MY PACKAGE. How inept could you be?! I'm sure you've gotten your personal packages NO problem. I'm tiedt of you guys and your inability to do anything right! I want my packages and NOW.
