If you need to close during the day, why not updating the website or put a poster on the door, instead of on a piece of paper? Even when the one person is working, his/her is super slow. I would avoid this location at all costs.

- JLJenny L.Oct 6, 20254.0First time visiting this location in a weekday afternoon. Parking space is limited but manageable. When I walked in, there was only one female staff who can speak English and Vietnamese working in the front. I wanted to get the certified mail so she gave me a certified mail receipt to write and asked me to also write the sender and receiver on my envelope directly. When I was done and then she was gone in the back storage room or something so the other male staff came to pick up the work she left. He asked me what was in the envelope and if anything I should not put in the envelope. To total was $8.58 which is way cheaper than UPS . However, UPS staff will print the delivery information to make sure no mistakes so I guess if you want to get the extra careful delivery service, paying more might make sense.

I go in to drop off a package only to be met with hostility and harassment, with this older Asian lady saying that I was not allowed to drop off the package with a sticker label from Garden Grove, and that it’s unable to be processed and shipped from the Westminster location, which has never happened to me before. She continues to berate and be so completely disrespectful to me, saying that she’s the only one working and that other people have been laid off, but everyone I’ve met working there has been so disrespectful without any regard for customer service. Will definitely not be coming back to that location, it’s no surprise that post office is always dead.
