Trang, the woman employee, is consistently unprofessional and seems unfamiliar with how to do her job properly. The first time I dealt with her, she told me my package was taped incorrectly and refused to take it, even though I always tape my packages the same way without issue. I literally went to a different location after and they took it with ease. Today, she told me she would no longer accept drop-off packages and to go to another location--yet when other workers are here, I have no problem dropping off packages. She also slows down the line by making small talk and laughing with customers instead of doing her job, even when the line is out the door. The wait is always much longer when Trang is working. Why even operate as a post office if packages can't be dropped off? They used to have a drop box, but now it's been moved to the back, forcing everyone to wait in line for poor service. I never have issues here with other employees, but whenever Trang is working, there's always a problem. Unreliable. Had to wait over 20 minutes for a 2 second interaction.

I’m writing to formally report a deeply disappointing and discriminatory experience I had at your post office location. One of your employees, whose name I unfortunately did not get, demonstrated clear bias and unprofessional conduct that should never be tolerated—especially in a federally operated public service facility. Despite multiple requests, he kept insisting that he didn’t have tape available—even though a roll of tape was visibly sitting right there in front of him. I asked politely, multiple times, and was repeatedly denied basic assistance. Shockingly, just moments later, a Vietnamese woman came in with the same request, and he handed her the tape with no issue whatsoever. Not only was this blatant favoritism, but it was humiliating and frankly, racist. This staff member made me return to the post office three separate times simply because he refused to help or treat me with the same respect and fairness given to others. This is a taxpayer-funded institution. It is not a private club where employees can choose who they want to serve. I expect accountability. I’m calling this behavior out for what it is: discrimination. I urge USPS to review the security footage, speak with the employee in question, and ensure that action is taken. No one should be treated differently based on race, ethnicity, or personal bias—period.
