- TVTruc VanAug 11, 20251.0Trang, the woman employee, is consistently unprofessional and seems unfamiliar with how to do her job properly. The first time I dealt with her, she told me my package was taped incorrectly and refused to take it, even though I always tape my packages the same way without issue. I literally went to a different location after and they took it with ease. Today, she told me she would no longer accept drop-off packages and to go to another location--yet when other workers are here, I have no problem dropping off packages. She also slows down the line by making small talk and laughing with customers instead of doing her job, even when the line is out the door. The wait is always much longer when Trang is working. Why even operate as a post office if packages can't be dropped off? They used to have a drop box, but now it's been moved to the back, forcing everyone to wait in line for poor service. I never have issues here with other employees, but whenever Trang is working, there's always a problem. Unreliable. Had to wait over 20 minutes for a 2 second interaction.
