Asian lady that was there literally yelled at me in front of other people for making a slight mistake. Make me feel horrible but to really needed my paper work done I had no choice to stay. - KTKatie TFeb 3, 20264.0This was my first time at this post office to get my passport and I was pretty nervous as would anyone getting their passport for their first time and at a new location. I had first went up to the counter to essentially "check in" but I just needed to take a seat until they called my name (make an appointment and they will have a list) and saw other people waiting as well but I was the last of the day and thought they wouldn't take anymore people since it went over the time. But once David called my name, he apologized for the wait and was incredibly kind and welcoming. He was helpful and patient in explaining the process clearly and double checked all my documents. He truly made the experience great and felt confident once I walked out of there.
