She took her time with us, walked through all options, didn’t push the most expensive items, and demonstrated care and concern because we were uncertain and wanted to start from ground zero. Customer service is in Ari’s blood or second nature for her, it seems. She is amazingly approachable, friendly, courteous, kind, not at all aggressive or in your face about buying, and we felt extremely comfortable with her. Plus, she absolutely knew her stuff. If only all UPS reps could be like her! We strongly recommend Ari and will be returning time and again.

I was opening up mail and they offered to throw it in the trash (I took my small paper trash with me). It's a small detail but I really appreciate how attentive and relaxed everyone is. I needed some last second prints for a propsal and Sagar helped me print from my phone and was upfront about all the costs and presented me with different options to make my documents look professional and presentable. Ended up doing a rush order for 5 sets of 120 color copies with binding on cardstock. The staff got it done super quick and they all went above and beyond. Can't thank the team here enough!
- LGLubna Abu GhazalehFeb 18, 20261.0I got charged for printing one page $3:56 and when I asked they said the fee is $3 for promoting one paper and they charge separately for each black and white copy however I did not get a copy and it is only 1 page that got printed The representative said this has always been for him Even if it was 1 page which is included in the $3 service he charges the 25cent which is ridiculous as he is stealing money from me for the sake of making income for the company as he thinks he owns the company
