- NNNicciMar 24, 20261.0Omg! After reading all the less than 4 star reviews I would be terrified and apprehensive to do business with this UPS store on Lakeview Canyon Road. Not to mention all the night mares that are not listed on here but made it to court. If your having any theft issues please report them to the Ventura County DA immediately. The UPS corporate office and the master USPS do absolutely nothing.

If you would like a lecture on how you taped our package or if are interested in buying over priced tape please contact the owner Jim. He will make you feel like an idiot and embarrass you in front of the other customers and employees for dropping off a US Postal package to his store. I think he should stay in the back of the store and let the kind and helpful staff interact with the customers. Jim there is no need to follow up.

They refused my package and had it sent back because I didn’t have an account with them, no exceptions. They said I needed a mailbox or pay 25 a month to have packages delivered there. Why allow vendors the service without notifying consumers.i felt like they were just money hungry and didn’t want to work with me.
