- NJNatalie JApr 3, 20261.0The employees at this UPS location are actually very friendly and helpful, which makes this even more disappointing. The owner, however, is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. She speaks to customers with attitude and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing her just by being there. It’s unfortunate because the staff deserves better leadership. The owner’s behavior completely ruins the experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you want to deal with unnecessary hostility.

Half of them were difficult but Gavin was amazing and helped me navigate through labeling and boxing issues that made no sense to me. He was knowledgeable, kind, and got everything handled for me. It is my UPS store of choice!
