  Went there today 12/30/25. No one there and it was closed. It said open online. Had to go all way to Agoura to deliver a very important timely package.

  OMG! Went in on a Sunday with a bunch of Amazon returns! Half of them were difficult but Gavin was amazing and helped me navigate through labeling and boxing issues that made no sense to me. He was knowledgeable, kind, and got everything handled for me. It is my UPS store of choice!

  We were here 12/21/25 at 2:10pm and the woman named Akie or something along those lines was super rude. We expressed we don’t mind waiting to be helped by her to which she replied “well I do mind you waiting” and pushed us to use the machine because it’s easy. It could have been communicated better. I’m 38 weeks pregnant, I don’t need that kind of attitude right now.

  Over the past few years they've been super helpful in holding packages when I was traveling and answering questions about how best to manage complex package situations, telling me to just call when I need some extra help. Also explained best ways to label things so both my husband and I can pick up packages (address to both of you). Thanks!

  I’ll freely admit this is on the petty side, but I needed a ‘box’ to pack an Amazon return. I could use a $1.90 white envelope the clerk said. Sure. So it rings up for $2.30 (the shelf label says $1.90). I ask the clerk to honor the $1.90 she told me and is on the shelf label but she refused. ‘There is nothing I can do’ she says. So, 1 star.
