    I have used the machines in the past to print from a flash drive and I have had no issues. Lately, I went today and two weeks ago and it seems they don’t check the machines. One had no ink, the other was not working at all. The person at the printer center told me I had to wait 15 minutes if I wanted to be helped because she couldn’t. Both times the machines were down and no one around to help.

    I visit this Staples location quite frequently, and unfortunately, my experience with the staff has consistently been disappointing. The team here does not seem customer-oriented at all. They refuse to assist with the DIY kiosks, even when it’s clear that they could resolve simple issues. Instead of attempting to help, they often just decline requests. When mistakes happen—such as printing an order incorrectly—there’s no acknowledgment or apology. Overall, the staff does not go the extra mile and sometimes come across as impolite. Most recently, I needed to print just one document, but the DIY kiosk was glitching. I asked the manager if he could assist, but he refused, saying they weren’t taking my order—even though there were still three hours left before closing. The printing machines were not working, yet right after refusing, the manager spent about ten minutes chatting casually with someone at the UPS kiosk. This made the refusal feel even more dismissive. This kind of customer service leaves a very negative impression. I truly hope the manager and team will reflect on this feedback and take action to improve the customer experience.
