She went above and beyond to help me purchase 60 tote bags for the residents of our senior apartment community. Because it was getting dark and I prefer not to drive at night, Daniela herself went to two additional stores to collect the bags for me. Her strong relationships with other store managers made the process quick and seamless. Daniela’s kindness, expertise, and dedication truly set her apart—Staples is fortunate to have such a remarkable employee.
