  Great location with excellent employees. The owner is fantastic - very professional, fast, and always helpful. It’s a busy location, especially later in the evening, but that’s completely understandable given how well they run the place. I’ve had a mailbox here for over three years and have always had a great experience. They’ve never lost a single piece of mail, and every interaction has been professional, friendly, and efficient. The same employees have been working here for years, which is a great sign and speaks to the quality of the management. New employees are also trained very well, and the overall service is consistently excellent. This is a very well-run location with great people. Highly recommended.

  Mike was super helpful with our package. We didn’t have any packing material and he was efficient and friendly.

  Went there for passport photos. Such poor quality and he wouldn’t do the retake. Total ripoff. Owner Mike is rude.

  Notary services not available. They claim to have two notaries, neither are on site. When I asked why the sign is still outside staff said UPS requires them to keep outside even if advertising services not currently offered (false advertising?).

  Stay away. Employees address you with disrespect and walk away. Go to any other store.
