Can someone explain to me what is with all the stores closing their restroom for customers? What do you expect people to do, relieve themselves in the bushes? This is so incredibly inconsiderate and inhumane.

I try to write as often as possible, in the old school pen to paper way. It feels good physically dumping your thoughts out onto a couple pieces of paper.
I had just finished filling up my notebook that lasted me a year, and was waiting to pick up my girlfriend at LAX when I saw this Staples. I hadn't been to a Staples in 10 years maybe. Staples used to be HIM, but no one wants to talk about that.
I entered under the blood red arches and felt like I stepped foot straight into 2008. While so much in my life has changed, Staples has not.
I ended up getting this nice hard cover Cambridge notebook that ran a soul crushing $26. OOF. However, a cheap notebook does get THROTTLED easily. If there is one thing that is worth paying the extra dinero, it's a quality notebook.

The store closes at 7pm making it inconvenient and utterly worthless when my UPS driver uses this a drop point because he can’t be bothered to stop at my residence.
I wish corporate would just close this location so my packages no longer get routed here.

Employees are kind and doing their best but Staples needs to hire more people. They have Amazon returns at the same register people need to check out and it’s almost always the only register open. I’m standing in line with an Amazon return right now and there are four people waiting to make purchases while the lady in front of me returns a lot of Amazon items. It’s taking forever. I’ve come in here to make purchases several times and simply left because it takes so long. I don’t shop here anymore and only use for Amazon returns. Do better, corporate America.
