They have the outside lobby open for accessing po boxes yet no self service station. And unfortunately when the outside section is open there is always a homeless person sleeping in there.

If I could leave fewer stars I would. This location is terribly understaffed for passport services. Expect to wait at least an hour.

Every time I have packages that go through this facility they are late. I had a package go through this facility on September 15th and i still have not received my package. It's been 10 days. That is a federal offence tampering and stealing mail. This is the same warehouse that has been overcharging me through my online business and stealing from me. Everytime you mess up i report it to the bbb. I think the fbi needs to get involved, state police. Who do I need to call to put a stop with the USPS facility stealing my mail? Today is the 25th. Where is my flipping package?

On September 9, I visited the post office to apply for a new passport for my five-year-old son. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to the customer service I received. From the start, I informed the clerk that I needed the DS-11 form since this would be my son’s second time applying for a passport. Once we completed the application, I checked the box indicating that my son’s passport book was lost. At that point, the clerk became upset and began arguing with me, saying I should have told her earlier and rudely insisting that I needed a new form. Throughout the process, she was audibly huffing and puffing, and her tone was unnecessarily hostile—especially considering I was there with my young child. When I calmly asked why she was being rude, she raised her voice and continued arguing. Her coworker stood by without intervening until I asked him directly to step in. I never raised my voice back and maintained respect and composure, but her behavior was completely unprofessional and out of line. There was also a significant language barrier, which made communication more difficult and escalated the situation further. I later spoke to a supervisor at a different location who took note of my complaint and said he would address it. However, this experience left me with no confidence in returning to this location for future services. Customer service should always be professional, especially when serving families and children.
