Some of the worst hours I’ve ever seen at a post office. Pay close attention to when they’re open.

I thought this place was closed cause it looks like it would be abandoned like the other stores on the strip but it's not
5 stars for Wendy and the people in the back dealing with like 20 customers in a Friday with professionalism and clarity. Could've been a lot gruffer and over it like so many post offices with 20x the staff, but they weren't. Store was also organized.
Thank you Wendy!

Was told they couldn’t mail my package as is, in an envelope I may add, and needed to charge me extra for my shipping. Told them I’d take them to another post office, glad to say I shipped everything off no issues and no upcharge.

Slow service. I waited at least 10 minutes while a customer and the USPS clerk argued about money orders, magnets in letter envelopes, etc. When I finally got a chance to drop off my package (with a QR code), I was told the labeling system went offline and can't find shipping labels from QR codes. Not the clerk's fault... But this location needs another clerk available to help, because I shouldn't have had to wait that long to be told their system was offline. I read their bulletin board of local Wanted postal criminals while I waited.

Today is the third time I've gone there. First time was in the morning, doors were locked should have been open. Second time was close to the noon hour. Doors were locked. Should have been open. I walk in and It's dead silent, cricket's chirping. I say knock knock. Nobody replies. I wait a couple of minutes, then I say hello, and finally someone says I will be right with you. When she came out to give me the package I was picking up, she didn't smile and ask what can I help you with. She didn't say didly about coming there. And I noticed on the far left at the very far end away from the doors is a sign with a bell and it says please ring bell for service. That should be at the entrance of the doors and it would be nice if there was some personality when I'm trying to be polite and wait and there's no sense of wanting to help a customer anytime quickly. You could close this location and nobody would give a hoot.We all go over to merkley or the large post office on enterprise anyway.
