After 11 days of waiting I finally have a tracking update today on Sept 30th, and my package was mistakenly sent up to Juneau, Alaska. Now that's impressive. It's wonderful that my purchase is getting a big vacation but I really would've just loved a timely delivery. Sure hope it comes home soon.

This is really frustrating for those of us with extended working hours who are unable to come earlier in the day. I actually chose to have a PO Box at this location due to PO Box access hours aligning with my work schedule, but those hours turned out to be untrue. If you’re closed, you’re closed — but update your posted hours so customers don’t waste their time. I frequently receive other people’s mail in my PO Box (sometimes the correct box number but wrong name, sometimes the wrong everything) & the workers aren’t the friendliest, to boot. The drop box in the front (outside of building) is only for letters, not packages.
