Had another woman waiting with me to drop off parcels at 2:15PM. She was holding over 10-20 parcels struggling. The drop off closes at 3PM. Can someone explain this?

After 11 days of waiting I finally have a tracking update today on Sept 30th, and my package was mistakenly sent up to Juneau, Alaska. Now that's impressive. It's wonderful that my purchase is getting a big vacation but I really would've just loved a timely delivery. Sure hope it comes home soon.
