    The UPS Store near my house is excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, and very fast. They helped me quickly and made the whole process easy. I’m very satisfied with their service and appreciate having such a great location so close to home.

    An employee mislabeled my return packages, so I did not receive my money for returning the items. The store manager told me this can take more than a year to resolve. It has been more than a year and I have been regularly asking about updates for this to be resolved. Today I come to the store and ask for an update and the manager tell me there is no paperwork on file of the incident. They he tossed everthing after some month because he did not hear back from Amazon. He is the one who told me to wait more than a year, but does not keep the incident report on file. I was lied to. The store made a mistake that cost me money and they did not take responsibility for it. Do not trust that they will keep any records of incident reports.

    Have a copier but is down. Only able to email which they charge $3 plus whatever printing fees. Not the friendliest of staff.
