    I went to this location to return a package and the lady that was on shift that day was extremely rude and didn’t appear to want to help me. I was waiting for her to let me know if she received my return slip through email she didn’t tell me …I had received and email about it. Then to make matters worst I have t heard a peep from the original sender about my package and something tells me this woman at fedex did something with my package. I felt like I was being stereotype and there was some discrimination involved

    Jason the store manager was so incredibly nice and helpful!! Jason was SO kind, understanding, & sympathetic; he really listened to me and did everything he could to find my lost package and gave me lots of options. 1800-Go-Fedex was an absolute nightmare: after losing my package, they refused to help me at all, kept reading the same phrase off a prompt, it was like talking to a brick wall, I asked for a supervisor, and they said no, I asked for their name and they refused to give it, then hung up on me - this happened twice! Jason at the West Sac store is FedEx's 1 and only redeeming quality.

    They need more staff. It’s not fair to the customers or the employees to have one person handling a line that goes to the door.
