I am not sure if they were trans-phobic and didn’t want to print what we had paid for but it was a bit of a 12-hour nightmare. Ultimately, we got what we paid for a day late but had to manage the team like we worked there.

She helped me navigate different paper types and guide me through different options for the printed project. All while she was helping me, she was also multi-tasking other things, such as helping other guests with UPS related tasks. Thank you so much Nayelli! You made running this print errand so much easier and smoother.

I have never experienced this kind of customer service I could have swiped my card for the raffle tickets while the people purchasing things inside were still there. What a joke, he was a male and he was African American he should be fired.
- A天Dec 23, 20251.0No privacy. A woman was pressed by us and looking at my private information, my credit card information, my home address, and asking my child where we travel to. Where my child goes to school. I asked the woman if she was there for the same TSA pre check. She was. But she gave us no privacy and kept looking at my details and photo. The Staples worker did not tell her to leave and return during her scheduled appointment or after we were done. She stood not a foot away from us. Not even a respectful 6 feet. She had no business sitting in and through my appointment.
