Moisey, the computer tech, truly understood my specific needs and went out of his way to make things work for me so that my computer would continue to function well and have a strong security system to protect it. This man took such good care of me. I really appreciate all he did.

There was exactly one person in front of me, neither the customer nor the cashier seemed to care that someone else was waiting as she (the customer) kept waking back to grab more stuff. There were maybe 4 customers total in the store and about 7 employees seemingly walking around. When I finally did get to the cashier I was half expecting a “sorry for the wait!” but instead I got a “hi…” and then he just started scanning my 2 items. Not to be dramatic but it made me feel very unimportant. Who does staff training here my goodness?!?

The staff there is helpful recommending good items and steering me away from technology that does not perform well. The store is well supplied. I always find in that particular Staples everything I need. All the stores around us are closing because people are lazy and shop online. When big great stores like this close jobs are lost , families are broken appart communities are changed. Shop responsibly and locally for your commulnity!
