  I just want to start off by saying I went to another branch and they solved my issue no problem, which is the only reason I feel compelled to 1 star this place. At the Doheny location I had the misfortune of interacting with Gina, or at least that’s what one of her coworkers told me this person’s name was, who knows. I had sent some postcards, and two of them were mistakenly sent to my home address instead of the address I put in the “to:” section. So I was in the area, I explained why I just want two stamps to replace their computer error for sending it to the wrong address, and the staff reacted like I was asking for the moon, they reacted like they could not fathom the idea of giving me two postcard stamps to make up for their computers misdirecting my mail to the wrong address, like I was asking for grandest of wishes to get two $0.70 stamps back. They made this whole production about how they couldn’t possible give back two stamps, even if they were sent to the wrong address. They said at least three times when I was explaining how inconvenient this is becoming that I have to call the 1-800 number if I want the stamps back. Call the 1-800 number. Call the 1-800 number. I finally asked, “Okay, what is the 1-800 number?”Gina goes to the back, I’m thinking she’s looking it up or something, but then I see she’s microwaving food and taking a break, leaving me without even this magical 1-800 number. I think she thinks it was really powerful of her to do that or something, but it was honestly sad to watch. Anyway, I had a lot of errands today, went somewhere else and they got me my stamps and apologized for USPS’s system messing up without putting on a show about it, confirming to me that the staff at Doheny would rather put in exceptional effort to making your experience worse rather than doing the easy thing to make everything better for everyone. Avoid if possible.

  Gina was unbelievably helpful in helping me figure out shipping out my package. I wouldn’t have been able to get it done without her. Never have I met such a helpful individual at any other usps location!

  I found easy street meter parking and the employee who worked there was friendly and efficient. Plus it wasn't super crowded and they have a self service kiosk.

  Great team here. You can tell the difference. People are friendly and line is usually pretty short. Special thank you to Chris for really going out of his way to help me with a huge order of 150 packages! All with a smile and professionalism
