  Every time I come in the store, the older guy with the big belly is extremely rude. This last time I called ahead and asked if they could print a label for me as T-Mobile told me that I could print it at the UPS store but then when I got the email, it said I needed to print it. When I got to the store, I showed them the email with the label on my phone and very rudely he said you need to print this. As I had dealt with this guy before many times, I had had enough of him and got so mad that I left the store without my package. When I returned for my package, the box was damaged as though he had thrown or kicked the package. I started recording and they said that I have no proof and that I couldn’t record in their store. I told them it was a public store and there’s no presumption of privacy.

  The staff at this store are always so helpful and professional. Parking is easy and there is t usually a long wait.

  Witnessed some of the most unprofessional conduct today! A man with a thick accent (Russian) who worked at the store began screaming at a poor, blonde woman who was just desperately trying to figure out a needlessly complex process. I began to record, fearing for this woman's life. He begins screaming at me, saying I'm not allowed at the store?! Recording conduct you believe in good faith to be a felony is protected by law. A business may not retaliate against you for this, nor for reporting it to the police. I can't believe UPS would allow such an irate, petty, angry little man to work in its store! Be wary, even UPS appears to be going "postal" these days!
