  There is one particular employee here who has issues every time I try to do a simple Amazon return. Today he scanned my QR code and then after getting the label to use I guess he was trying to get a receipt because he scanned the code again and told me that it was telling me it was already scanned so it wasn't working. This is the first time I had tried to scan this item, mind you. Of course it's telling you that because you already scanned it?? A different employee had to come over to tell him he didn't need another label and that I was good to go. Another time this guy claimed he couldn't scan my code because of the brightness on my phone. Another time he told me I had to use a machine to do a return because he couldn't do it. It's literally just this one guy with long hair who acts like everything is a problem when it's not. The other employees have been very nice and helpful and have helped me print things before.

  The staff took very good care of my mail for several years. Being located in this part of Hollywood, a lot of customers received trade magazines related to the crafts they worked in, in theater, TV and movies. There was a high turnover of customers, and magazines were not forwarded. So there was a large table next to the mailboxes, with undeliverable industry trade magazines for art and science trades and crafts. I went home every now and then with some pretty high brow tech magazines that I never would've had the opportunity to read otherwise, because they weren't available in booksellers.

  Ridiculous. After spending ages trying to find this poorly signed building. There was a note on the door saying “closed for renovations from today” no apology. No update on google just dozens of customers at the door looking hella confused. POOR. An update on google would have spared me a good 30minute trip!!! Never coming back.

  Nicest employees always willing to help. Have also used the notary services as well. A+!
