The USPS lost my business application and missing mail search useless. Calling customer service just sends you in checked with a robot- unable to get transfer to human. The answer from the USPS employee: “That’s everywhere now.” Told me to put it in a bigger envelope (buy it from them$$) so maybe it doesn’t get lost this time. Flat out told me getting my mail delivered is a function of luck!!! Oh really? Is that how the USPS operates now? On luck?

I tried to call the post office and I couldn’t get past the AI/automation on the phone. No matter how many times I asked to speak to a person, it wouldn’t let me. worst post office I have ever been to.
