  Went to buy moving boxes. Was informed by the gentleman at the front that I could find bigger and cheaper boxes at home depot. The ups boxes are stronger and made to ship and therefore more expensive. I appreciated this guy's courtesy and honesty so much. The next time I need to ship something, need shipping supplies or I need a mailbox, I will be using this ups store instead of FedEx. For me, this honesty goes a long way. Thank you so much.

  They charged me $16 for delivery for a distance of just one mile within the city, even though I requested the cheapest rate. They're just scammers.

  Since 2021 I rent a Mail box and their service is great. It's a pleasure to walk inside that store.

  They close at 6:30 p.m. I arrived at 6:26 p.m., and my transaction took only about three minutes. Despite this, they complained that people always show up at the last minute and got upset with me. I calmly explained that I arrived before their closing time, and they acknowledged it but said it was “almost time to close.” It felt very unprofessional.
