- SBshoval bublil3 days ago1.0Paid $116 for business cards that were basically paper thin and was not informed that that’s how it was going to be. Was even showed a sample prior and it wasn’t even remotely close to that thickness. The worker claimed the the “ink” made the paper thinner. oh and they charged me $7 extra for “photo enhancement” and it is blurry like it was printed in the 90s from a home printer.

I’d think she could spare two minutes, but apparently if anyone else has anything else they need printed aka large orders, they cannot spare two minutes for a quick in person small one. It’s not my fault their print & go only print one size. I do not recommend coming here if you can help it.

She really blew my mind with her customer service in a town thats forgotten what that even is. Seriously, I'm so thankful for her incredible attitude and knowledge. Felt less like I walked into a Fedex and more like a friend helping me with stuff I didn't know. She is an asset to the company! Thank you!
