Despite many phone calls to sort out the trouble UPS told me they were not responsible for this lost package. This was the owner of the store. UPS 800 customer service and the UPS Van Nuys main location also explained to me that they were not responsible.

It was dropped off to them, supposedly the truck driver picked it up however that is where the tracking stopped. I called this company to ask for help and was given the shove off “call the 800#”. I explained to them that the tracking# on the overnight way-bill does not have the same tracking# that UPS requires meaning UPS will absolutely not help me on the 800#. I politely explained this to the representative at this store and they again shoved me off to the 800# and told me it was not their problem. My shipment is lost and I’m out a hearty sum of money with absolute finger pointing and not solving the problem.
