I do not feel welcomed to your ups store in west hills california. You know and I know, you are not doing the right job. Be polite to your customers. You did it and you know it. I just came out from your store and you sent my papers, but i just received an email from my case worker that I missed a page. See what you are doing. And you charged me 2×. I forgive you, but just be good to your customers, dosen't matter what country they come from, we are all humans. God bless you guys.
